I heard good things about the doctor, but also read about how rude the front desk was. I didn’t care much because I don’t trust reviews 100%. However, I called to make an appointment couple weeks ago, and I totally understand the other reviews about the rudeness! Dr. Kendrick is an excellent doctor, and I have always respected her expertise. I first became her patient around 2007 but eventually stopped going due to the long and unpredictable wait times. Fifteen years later, when her name came up again as a recommended specialist, I was excited to give her another try. Unfortunately, my experience was the same. Dr. Kendrick is phenomenal and has been exceptionally amazing over the last 14 years of seeing her. I initially met her during a severe medical crisis while hospitalized for three weeks and she was one of the 5 doctors investigating the causes of my multi-diagnosis conditions. I had a long road to recovery, but she was there and on call through thick and thin, and I am so thankful of her professionalism and support. Dr. Kendrick Narisse is amazing!! She is very down to earth, caring, and took the time to answer my large list of questions. I have no complaints about her. I highly recommend her professional services. She helped me understand the path to fertility and gave me the confidence I needed. Eventually her support gave me a successful outcome. She is the only reason I am giving this office five stars. However, I must comment on the billing services. I had a VASTLY dissimilar experience at that end.
