I hate to leave bad reviews but I’m so frustrated and desperate right now. To make the first appointment, I called several times, left messages with no answer and finally had to walk into their office to make the appointment. For the first visit I was there fifteen minutes prior to my appointment as I was told. The staff took me in and I waited for an hour in the room which I thought they’d forgotten about me. I went for a visit in November of 2024. The visit was fine, but my review is mostly reflective of the billing department. There has been an issue with my insurance and paying for my visit - my provider was not in network with them and they failed to double check this prior to accepting me as a patient. The billing department didn’t bring this issue up to me until April 2025, 6 months after my visit. I never had a chance to review this facility and its amazing staff. Dr Kendrick was hands down the absolute most reassuring and easy going doctor. I couldn't have asked for a better fit for us. She was confident and informative and just all around a great person to talk to. We had a great experience from start to finish and she was there to deliver my baby as well. We love Women's care for life and Dr Kendrick.
