I was trying to call Women's Care OB, not OBGYN (my mistake for calling the wrong number), and the receptionist, Desiree was SO incredibly rude. Her immediate response after me giving her my information was "you're not a patient of ours"- nothing else. Due to her lack of ability to communicate respectfully, it was unclear to me that I had dialed the wrong clinic. They still didn't spell my name correctly even though I corrected their mistake. In addition, they made me wait totally more than 30 minutes even though I arrived their on time.
