I've been a patient of Women's Care for 41years. Outstanding patient care, excellent staff, very clean, and friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone seeking OB-GYN care.. this is why I am still a patient there because of the amazing care that I receive every time I have to go.... My physician is Dr. Ann D' Heareaux-Jones and her assistant is Carol Ulm. They are both amazing and always have been! Each and every person that I come into contact with at that practice has been over and beyond friendly and helpful.
Doctor Bridge is the best! He always takes his time and answers every and any questions. Best Doctor ever! He is such a caring person. Miss Monica is so sweet and always willing to help. She always has a big smile on her face. She is such a beautiful person. I have been going to this practice for over 40 years and have always had a great experience! I was so worried when Doctor Diebel retired but Doctor Bridge is AMAZING and I will continue.
Everything from scheduling to checkout was smooth and professional. The care team is top notch!
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and respect for patients' time at this office. We had a 9:30 AM appointment and arrived early. After checking in, the receptionist informed us that we were only scheduled for an ultrasound at that time, and the doctor wouldn't actually see us until 11:30 — a two-hour gap that no one mentioned when the appointment was booked.
