I am so thankful that a friend of mine recommended this office. Dr. Amoroso is fantastic. They are super efficient with such a short wait and easy check in. I love how the doctor takes you into her office and has a chat with you. She listens and I never feel rushed!
This review is about the women working in the call center scheduling department. They were rude, impatient, and very unprofessional. They kept putting the phone on mute so they could make comments about patients, not realizing they could still be heard. When I asked one of them to please stop muting me because it sounded like the call was disconnecting, she hung up on me. I wish I knew where this call center was located because I would walk in myself and ask to speak to a manager to have that call reviewed for quality assura... read more
Professional staff clean facility. The reception area is patient friendly, the receptionist that I met, Gabby made the check-in and check out process very easy.
