I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff. i had not had an exam for a while, as it is usually painful. They made sure I was comfortable. Very thankful.
Experience was horrible from the moment I walked through the door. I listened to the receptionists talk poorly of every patient that called the office as well as every coworker. They even made fun of a woman for calling and asking if she could bring her kids to an ultrasound appointment. Doctor Marr didn’t ask one single question about me. I had a bad experience at this location. I had an appointment for my annual, and I was there for two and a half hours. The receptionist didn’t even look up at me or acknowledge me when I was signing in. They took forever to do anything and spent most of their time talking. They didn’t ask about any changes in medication and couldn’t even take my blood correctly. The rubber band around my arm was so tight it was painful and I couldn’t hold the ball she gave me. Mostly competent doctors with varying bedside manner and attentiveness to / dismissiveness of concerns and attention to detail that could benefit from some improvement. That being said, I've never had the privilege of being seen on time for any appointment, ever, by any MD or DO I had an appointment with at this location. They're always running at least 1-2 patients behind scheduled appointment times, yet manage to find the time to chat.
