Dr Smith was very attentive and thorough - everything you want in a doctor! Will and would absolutely recommend!
I don’t have enough words to fully express my gratitude for Dr. Kapitz. After seeing six other doctors, she was the first person who truly listened—who took my symptoms seriously and treated me like a whole person, not just a chart. Because of her compassion, skill, and persistence, I finally got the help I so desperately needed. Thank you for believing me when others didn’t. Thank you for showing me what a great doctor truly looks like.
Unfortunately, the vibe of this office was just OFF. From the receptionist to the intake to the actual doctors visit was totally off. The receptionist had tooth gems. Yes. Tooth gems. Multiple. The intake nurse was unprofessional. As I went into the room and I was putting on my plastic gown per se, I could hear them talking about my tennis skirt that I was wearing. Office in Sun City is outstanding. The staff are very friendly. Youn Sun Smith was so professional, attentive and genuine about my care. Overall experience was an A+!
This is for anyone that goes to the Ruskin/Sun City Center location on Cypress. DO NOT GO THERE! I had a UTI and had me suffering for a week with no medication! Went for an appointment on April 28, 2025 and did a urine and swab test. They LOST my urine sample! Test results came back on Aoril 30, 2025 and left 4 messages with NO response! I was finally able to get a helpful person and if it wasn't for her, I would have been suffering into the weekend! That staff needs to be fired as they don't do their jobs!
