I am a cash pt and have been to few locations within a few weeks. if you care for a good quality care, good communication this is not the place. i left a month ago and still receiving the bills , again I am a cash pt and paid everything before seeing the doctor . i keep calling asking about the bills they have no explanation. and it’s still not fixed. the front desk at 3 locations , especially at this location are very rude, pushy and when you ask a question there are no answers. at my second visit they took my blood work wi... read more
The check-in interview with Michelle was unprofessional, rude, inappropriate questions and inappropriate comments. Communicated to me this was not the first occurrence.
NEVER AGAIN will I return to this practice nor recommend to anyone. I waited 1.5 hours in the waiting room, the whole room cleared out and even the new comers were taken in. I inquired when my turn was and after saying "the room was getting ready", it was not. Needless to say, I did not see a provider. Do yourself a favor and find another clinic.
Doctors and Clinical staff are wonderful HOWEVER. The practice as a whole will abandon high risk patients with no where to go when they past 20 weeks pregnant with no sense of direction and endanger the patient as a result. Robin the Budget coordinator is disorganized, very difficult to reach, condescending and ruined my families experience with this practice. My wife got better treatment from our last OBGYN and they overlooked pre-eclampsia. Save yourself the trouble and find another office.
Friendly office staff, did not have to wait past appointment time. Dr Vanbennekom is very personable and took time to answer any concerns I had. High recommended this practice and physician.
