I had to find a different obgyn which sucks because it’s not a fun thing to switch over once you’ve been somewhere awhile. Making an appointment here is a nightmare, I can never get anyone on the phone period let alone to refill any medication, they always send me to a voicemail box that I never hear anything back about so my prescriptions don’t get refilled. Everything about my experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. Dr Mehta was the best blend of professional and personable, with excellent bedside manner. Carly the phlebotomist drew my blood so quickly and painlessly that I didn't have time to have a panic attack (literally and for real), and even the office staff and Elizabeth who booked my appointment were just.. *chefs kiss*. Thanks ladies. I appreciate you. 🌺

So unprofessional and inconsiderate. They completely wasted my time. This is the 2nd time I've arrived early and was still left waiting over an hour AFTER the start of my appointment time. I sat and watched multiple patients come in after me, get called back and LEAVE while I was still sitting there. I asked the front desk how much longer and she said I was next, then 3 more people were called after she told me that. Lol, it felt like a bad joke. This is a great office..We have been in Dr. Clarks care for two pregnancies and she was everything we could have asked for. She is warm and friendly yet you can also tell how serious she takes her profession. The office, ultrasound techs and nurses are also very personable and professional. Thank you Dr. Clark and company for everything.

It’s so upsetting wait 2 months for your appointment and when you get on the day of your appointment tell call to cancel and the next appointment is almost 50 days away, no explanation. No empathy when you said you need the appointment, because you are having some issues that can’t wait 2 more months. Really frustrating!
