So unprofessional and inconsiderate. They completely wasted my time. This is the 2nd time I've arrived early and was still left waiting over an hour AFTER the start of my appointment time. I sat and watched multiple patients come in after me, get called back and LEAVE while I was still sitting there. I asked the front desk how much longer and she said I was next, then 3 more people were called after she told me that. Lol, it felt like a bad joke. This is a great office..We have been in Dr. Clarks care for two pregnancies and she was everything we could have asked for. She is warm and friendly yet you can also tell how serious she takes her profession. The office, ultrasound techs and nurses are also very personable and professional. Thank you Dr. Clark and company for everything.
It’s so upsetting wait 2 months for your appointment and when you get on the day of your appointment tell call to cancel and the next appointment is almost 50 days away, no explanation. No empathy when you said you need the appointment, because you are having some issues that can’t wait 2 more months. Really frustrating!
Just left after waiting a full hour after scheduled appointment time. Waited 3 months for an appointment only to not be seen. Horrible scheduling.
I use to like this place already in the process of transferring somewhere else today after trying to get my info transferred I asked a simple question, so where do I need to get the release form from “idc where you get the release form to sign we just need a release form” called back to let them know about that experience they ofc basically didn’t care.
