Dr. Brown is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and professional. She is very easy to speak with and always makes me feel welcome and cared for. Her office staff are warm, friendly, helpful, and professional. In addition, they have never kept me waiting, which I very much appreciate.
After 20 years with the same GYN, I had to look for a new one. I was recommended Women Care and my friend was right. Dr. Capibianco made feel comfortable during examination and took her time to explain in very clear terms my concerns and condition. The nurse and the rest of the staff very professional.
Ridiculous billing. They added additional office visit charge to my regular annual check up just because I mentioned my previous exams ( part of my medical history) to the doctor ! The supervisor of their billing office said the doctor spent the time to “discuss” and “go over “ that . This part of conversation was 2 or 3 sentences and less than 1 minute!! How expensive for doctor’s time!!! So ridiculous !!! Feel like they just look after your money not your health!
My wife has been seeing Dr. Capobianco while she was pregnant and again at Winnie Palmer when our first child was born. Dr. Capobianco has been one of the best medical professionals I have ever interacted with. She’s super thorough in her explanations but knows how to make it realistic and simple for you to understand. She was a fantastic advocate for my wife in the hospital.
