The Staff Was Very Professional and Courtesy
Lady at the front desk said she checked me in but never did. Was sitting there for at least an hour until someone else asked if I had an appointment
I’m 30 weeks pregnant and FINALLY got approved to establish care with a doctor or nurse practitioner after transferring care. Today is August 31, and I was told the earliest I can be seen is September 15 because the office’s only OB coordinator will be out next week. Apparently, the OB coordinator is the only person who can review my records and complete the process necessary for me to be scheduled.
