Professional practice. Had a good experience with all the staff I encountered, especially with Dr Kristy Ruis, she was very supportive and empathetic towards our situation and I really did appreciate the support.
My experience was great from start to finish. My physician was caring and very knowledgeable.
I’m writing this because my experience was genuinely upsetting. From the moment I started speaking, Dr. Fernandez was extremely dismissive. She talked over me, interrupted my answers, and kept asking questions in a way that felt like she was waiting for me to say something she could immediately reject. It consistently came across as “No, you’re wrong,” rather than a real conversation. I felt gaslit the entire visit. From scheduling to appt day , everyone was helpful and kind. All my questions were answered and I didn't have to wait for my procedure. I would highly recommend them.
Dr Austin is wonderful! Facility is easy to access, scheduling is simple, staff are kind.
