I was able to get an appointment ASAP, Dr Fernandez is a great doctor
Arrived slightly late after not being able to find the office (first time at the office, multiple buildings and parking is a nightmare so arrive early if you do schedule with them) and my appointment was canceled when I asked is the appointment only 15 minutes can I not just have a shortened appointment time they said oh you’re only scheduled for 15 minutes anyways. The office staff was unprofessional, and discussed a patient and her issues loudly and in front of me, they kept talking about it after she left while I was at the window and didn’t even acknowledge me. They were also arguing with each other loudly. As soon as Kristen came in the door she was very unprofessional, said that she had looked over my whole chart, and she tried to discredit 2 of my providers without even asking why one of them was given.
