Dr Fernandez and her staff are amazing. Great office for Women's health.
I made an appointment here after calling to confirm that I would be able to get the treatment I wanted. They said I was coming to the right place for what I needed and that they even have an on property lab to get what I needed done. When I showed up it was a 40 minute wait time and the staff was friendly. I spoke to multiple people about the reason for my visit and it wasn’t until I saw the NP when she told me she unfortunately can’t treat me. I was able to get an appointment ASAP, Dr Fernandez is a great doctor
Arrived slightly late after not being able to find the office (first time at the office, multiple buildings and parking is a nightmare so arrive early if you do schedule with them) and my appointment was canceled when I asked is the appointment only 15 minutes can I not just have a shortened appointment time they said oh you’re only scheduled for 15 minutes anyways.
