I had a very disheartening encounter with Dr. Winter. I originally went into her office on a Tuesday, I was pregnant and explained I was having spotting. She told me there was nothing she could do because I was too early along, which was understandable. She told me if I started to bleed heavily to go to the ER. The next day that was the case, and I did go to the ER. I was discharged with notes from the ER to go for a follow up in 5-7 days to be monitored closely. Dr D'heureux-Jones is extremely caring and a wonderful doctor.
I’ve been using this team of doctors since 1993. I loved everything about them. Not anymore. The medical assistants are rude and the Doctors are rushed and don’t seem to care anymore. I will be going elsewhere.
