I have been a patient here for over 22 years. I booked an appointment this morning for an urgent matter and arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. The receiptionist was abrupt, rude and condescending when I asked a few questions about my health insurance billing. I will gladly provide those details to anyone who asks. Had an amazing first visit with PA Melanie Fernandez and her MA Destiny (I apologize if that’s not her name). Melanie was super informative and listened to every concern I had. During the PAP she was very gentle and attentive. Would 100% recommend this office and provider to anyone needing their first PAP/ women’s exam.
One of the medical assistants were extremely rude and disrespectful, she has serious attitude issues. Dr. Hunt was nice and had no issues with her.
