Do not go here! This is a horrible practice, I was a new patient and they asked me to get there early and to just take a copy of my insurance card then had me waiting for over 30 minutes (20 after my appointment time). They also skipped me by 2 patients. Then they realize and brought me in, then the nurse asked a few questions and left me in the examination room waiting for the doctor for 45 minutes! Dr. G is extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I always felt truly cared for and heard at my appointments. She went above & beyond to help find solutions when I was in the hospital. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I am grateful that I started seeing her.
This was my first time here at this office and I was very impressed, the staff are kind and courteous and Dr Teri Toadvine was super nice! Highly recommended.
My cousin recently came here, Wouldnt recommend going to Jessica as a nurse at all. She was completely dismissive and rude off the bat for no absolute reason. Had to tell her to leave the room and get someone else due to her attitude towards her. she should NOT be working here considering how disrespectful she is towards patients.
My IUD experience was great and went really smoothly! They make sure you have everything you need to have the most painless experience possible. The room was also very calming and the staff were so kind and patient with me. I went into the appointment ready to advocate for myself as sometimes women’s healthcare can be a struggle but I didn’t have to! The staff were on my side and had my best interest in mind.
