Wonderful and caring staff. First time at the Lake Mary location with Teri Toadvine, ARNP. She took the time to listen to my concerns, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you to all the staff to make this visit a positive experience. Also, thank you for using real exam gowns instead of tiny paper gowns that tear, it really makes a difference !
DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A BILL A YEAR LATER!!!!! I have been coming to this practice for years and have loved it. The past few months I’ve had a horrible horrible experience. Let’s start from the billing issue. I got billed for an appointment I had a year ago. I called the insurance and did a 3 way called and the billing woman clearly said the practice had made a mistake with the codes. The practice made a mistake and they don’t care to fix it. My husband and I are expecting our first child together. We went here for convenience and its current rating a few appointments was provided and a few ultrasound one of which gave false gender results. We had bought lots of boy things based on this info and are now having return them. Very disappointed in our experience so we did switch obgyns.
