This practice is in absolute shambles. I’m currently searching for another provider which has nothing to do with Dr. Keister. Dr. Keister is phenomenal. The practice staff is rude and hostile. There are always approximately 25 appointments scheduled for the same time block (for one provider) not only rendering the waiting room at capacity, but creating a scenario where a routine appointment takes in excess of two hours. My wife has been having some issues that needed to be resolved. She set up an appointment with these people and was told to wait a month or so for her appointment. This issue was urgent enough to be seen right away but not urgent enough to go to the ER. A month or so rolls by and they told her they would reschedule because they don’t know if they take her insurance. We waited so long to be told they don’t “know” if she’s in their network or not. Went to see the Dr. my appointment was at 1:15. Had to pick my son up from school and finally left at 3:08 and still had not seeing her. It’s poor service when you have to wait almost 2 hours and still no doctor. Asked the one of the ladies at 2:45 about status and she didn’t come back to me until 20 minutes later when I was leaving. I know its not perfect... nothing is. The reason for the five stars is because despite the fact that most people going to the OBGYN are probably not stress free, and the wait times, mix ups, and inconveniences can feel like the tipping point; I've never felt like I can be more honest with a group of staff/doctor (Dr. Kuester) in my life. Needs updating on scheduling, timing and the building itself. Also they won't give you the results of your medical treatment or records from YOUR appointment (which you pay for) without paying for them separately and picking up in person. Lost my business immediately.
