Went to see the Dr. my appointment was at 1:15. Had to pick my son up from school and finally left at 3:08 and still had not seeing her. It’s poor service when you have to wait almost 2 hours and still no doctor. Asked the one of the ladies at 2:45 about status and she didn’t come back to me until 20 minutes later when I was leaving. It was my first time and it’s going to be my last. If you can’t manage case load then don’t schedule so many people on the same day. Took the day off work just to have it completely wasted. I know its not perfect... nothing is. The reason for the five stars is because despite the fact that most people going to the OBGYN are probably not stress free, and the wait times, mix ups, and inconveniences can feel like the tipping point; I've never felt like I can be more honest with a group of staff/doctor (Dr. Kuester) in my life. I always leave tired, but always feel heard and important. Needs updating on scheduling, timing and the building itself. Also they won't give you the results of your medical treatment or records from YOUR appointment (which you pay for) without paying for them separately and picking up in person. Lost my business immediately.

So if you have PCOS and you find out your pregant and past 22 weeks sucks to be you they wont take you because i was told "you havent had any prenatial care before" according to their policies. And if you want had a c section or natural birth at a hospital and had no obgyn and need a post op they still wont take you because their policies again of "you didnt go through us and we dont have the records" even though they can give you a paper to sign giving them promission to get your medical records from other hospitals/doctors... read more
