Appointment was at 315 it’s now 5 we have still not seen the doctor. Same story in Jacksonville she is completely overbooked still taking new patients
It was a pleasant experience to have a Doctor that actually listened to my concerns and created a plan of action. I'm very happy with the level of care I received.
The wait times are just too long. Unfortunately people don't have an hour to wait before being seen, also this location could use some major updates like new carpet/flooring, etc. I went to a Women's Care in another city where I delivered my son and it was fantastic, this one is neglected. I was told I was a new patient even though I had been there the year before. I cannot speak to the doctor this year because I never got to see one. I will be on the look for a new practice.
Just had my baby and I had a great experience here, friendly, professional, and a safe place when going through such a life change!
