Dr. Kuester has always been so kind with each visit, and very thorough, making sure to cover every question or concern I have. Her team has also been very kind and helpful as well.
The wait time is ridiculous. You have an appointment at 1:30 and you don’t get out of there until two hours later. It’s insane.
This practice is in absolute shambles. I’m currently searching for another provider which has nothing to do with Dr. Keister. Dr. Keister is phenomenal. The practice staff is rude and hostile. There are always approximately 25 appointments scheduled for the same time block (for one provider) not only rendering the waiting room at capacity, but creating a scenario where a routine appointment takes in excess of two hours. My wife has been having some issues that needed to be resolved. She set up an appointment with these people and was told to wait a month or so for her appointment. This issue was urgent enough to be seen right away but not urgent enough to go to the ER. A month or so rolls by and they told her they would reschedule because they don’t know if they take her insurance. We waited so long to be told they don’t “know” if she’s in their network or not. Went to see the Dr. my appointment was at 1:15. Had to pick my son up from school and finally left at 3:08 and still had not seeing her. It’s poor service when you have to wait almost 2 hours and still no doctor. Asked the one of the ladies at 2:45 about status and she didn’t come back to me until 20 minutes later when I was leaving.
