I know its not perfect... nothing is. The reason for the five stars is because despite the fact that most people going to the OBGYN are probably not stress free, and the wait times, mix ups, and inconveniences can feel like the tipping point; I've never felt like I can be more honest with a group of staff/doctor (Dr. Kuester) in my life. I always leave tired, but always feel heard and important. Everything comes with a cost, and i would rather wait longer than expected because someone else is getting listened to and taken se... read more

Needs updating on scheduling, timing and the building itself. Also they won't give you the results of your medical treatment or records from YOUR appointment (which you pay for) without paying for them separately and picking up in person. Lost my business immediately.

So if you have PCOS and you find out your pregant and past 22 weeks sucks to be you they wont take you because i was told "you havent had any prenatial care before" according to their policies. And if you want had a c section or natural birth at a hospital and had no obgyn and need a post op they still wont take you because their policies again of "you didnt go through us and we dont have the records" even though they can give you a paper to sign giving them promission to get your medical records from other hospitals/doctors... read more

The nurses and doctors aren't bad. But the wait time is horrible me and my wife sat up here on multiple occasions wait for almost 2 hours after we got sent back. On top of the 1 to 2 hours we were in the waiting room. The scheduling isn't the greatest. Because they schedule you and tell you that you don't have an appointment but you know you do. Then you gotta get it straightened out and make a new one. Which has happened multiple times.
