This office is run very poorly. I have to wait for long periods of time every time I come in. The male Doctors are not very friendly so avoid them. The female nurses are good but the front office staff is terribly rude. Do not come to this office.
Not a friendly staff here. I do love Dr. Foutz but the rest of them are just OK. I am not a fan of Dr. Boyd as he always seems rushed and he asks me questions I have answered before and I would think they are in my chart, he also was not very gentle with a procedure I had done last week that left me bleeding.
Do not recommend this Doctor and Ladies ALWAYS do extensive research on Patient reviews on the internet and word of mouth about ANY doctor before choosing them. In addition to being generally uncaring and condescending during my visits with her, Dr. Michelle Amoroso (OB/GYN at Women's Care and in various offices across Tampa). Now there is a situation causing me huge grief. She prescribed me the lowest dose of Prozac to me to help me with my bad periods and agitation which worked very good. Mary is an amazing doctor! She made me feel comfortable and was very personable. As you know ladies, OBGYN visits can be uncomfortable and awkward but with Mary I felt at ease. I will never go to another doctor. Always on time with her schedule and fits me in when she is over booked yet I never wait longer than 10-15 minutes and the office visits are quick and painless.
Ive heard and seen nothing but good reviews of this doctor but im had a really bad experience. He thought i was made of steel and all the pain i had wasnt enough to put me out of work until week 38, even then he still wanted me to keep working. And after that he gave me only 30 days after i gave birth to my daughter to get back to work. I had a really hard time working and he was unconsiderate about my health and my babys. They should be turning away new patients because they can't handle the ones they have! So don't come to this doctor if you are worried about time. I have spent over 45 mins in the actual room (not including time out in the waiting room) waiting for the doctor to come in for a 5 min visit. This has happened to me twice. So if time is on your side by all means come here. Otherwise you'd be wise to pick another office.
My mother went to this doctor and was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. She had a hysterectomy done, and when my father and mother met with him he insisted that he got all of the cancer. My dad questioned whether she needed chemo just incase any cells escaped and he said to them "nope, you're cured. Stay away from hospitals and doctors". Two years later the cancer returned, 8 months later she passed away.
