Dr Lederman is so kind and patient. Everyone is very nice and I always feel comfortable coming to this office.
they cancel your appointment 10 times minimum. i scheduled an appointment on the phone. a day before the appointment they had to cancel because the doc is only doing tele visits. ok made new tele visit appointment.again the day before they cancel saying no more tele visits in florida. ok new appointment. I appreciate the doctors who CARE, there should be an option to only see the doctor who REALLY cares about your journey. Rotations are fine however I shouldn’t be wasting time with a doctor who tells me minimal information about my journey and tells me my symptoms are normal then waiting a whole month for another doctor to give me LOTS of information and prescribing me the things that can help with my symptoms. I have been going to this office for close to 14 years, everyone's so kind knowledgeable helpful. I'm not very good on the computer so they always help me check in. The office is always so beautifully cleaned. I would not be going there for this many years if I was not happy! Thank you for your services!
