Terrible communication. Do not follow up on what they say they will do. No care for the patients here unless you are specifically in front of a doctor at their office. If you need any assistance outside of your physical appointment your out of luck. Not reachable at all by phone. Sent to voicemail that should be returned by a call but never is. Couldn’t find the office. Tried calling multiple times arrived 15 minutes late after searching for the office and they canceled my appointment. Arrive extremely early parking is a nightmare and there are multiple buildings. They have zero empathy for it being your first time and not knowing where to go.
Pulled me around, asked for my records... knowing I had Bluecross as insurance and then waited the last minute to say they don't take my insurance. I get new insurance, and now they say they can't see me because I'm too far along in my pregnancy. Big waste of time, now I don't have any doctor to deliver my baby. Healthcare in America ☺️
This review is for Doctor Melanson. She is an amazing care provider and doctor. She listened to my concerns, took good time in answering and explaining everything to me. I am very grateful that I found her.
Tyra was very patient with all my concerns and took her time with me. After a traumatic experience at another practice, I was happy to make the longer drive back to visit Tyra again after many years. I should've never left!
