Had a wonderful experience here over the last 6 months going for biopsies, ultrasounds and mammograms. Every single staff and volunteers I interacted with were very kind. It’s a stressful place for the patients and I saw them handle some tricky interactions with grace and kindness.
I had a breast biopsy this week with Dr. Susan Peddle, and she was exceptional. Her freezing technique was thorough, gentle, effective, and done with real care... She explained each step calmly, respected my comfort level, and treated my breast tissue with care and precision instead of rushing, causing unnecessary trauma with heavy bruising etc I’m genuinely grateful for her professionalism, compassion, and skill. The technologist team was also wonderful. Thank you kindly for making a stressful procedure so much easier!
Friendly front desk and technician. Removed a star because some other technician got nosey and gave me attitude waiting at the door that was left open and asked me if my technician told me it was ok to change back to my clothes which the answer was yes. Asked me to go back inside the room with a nasty attitude. Kindness doesnt kill especially when dealing with patient going through this experience.
Friendly caring staff in a warm environment. Couldn’t ask for better treatment
Today was my first appointment at the clinic to meet a nurse and a surgeon : nurse Lynne and dr. Denis Pitt. I was put completely at ease. I enjoyed their professional approach. I feel that I can call back with any question if I need to.
