My entire pregnancy trying to be seen was a complete dumpster fire which was incredibly unfortunate because in the beginning when I was seeing the midwives, I liked them. Nicole Lewis was my rock toward the end, she herself I would give 5 stars to and she’s the reason I’m not giving a singular star(I WOULD give zero) to the entire place. I feel inclined to write a review out of stumbling upon reading so many terrible ones. I have nothing but kind words to say about this birth center and how I’ve been treating during my pregnancy there in 2021 as well as part of my current pregnancy in 2022. I’ve always felt supported, listened to and genuinely cared about here since day one. This has always been a comfortable environment for me and I had such a pleasurable birth experience here last year that I never would of had in a hospital setting. It’s nearly impossible to schedule with someone here i scheduled an appointment a day before the appointment they called me to reschedule my appointment i had to wait a month then a day before that appointment they call to reschedule. Seems like now they only have one provider and they is never availability

My pharmacy attempted to contact my primary care for a full week, I attempted via the patient access portal and left multiple voicemails for the triage nurse line (which according to voice message is checked twice a day). I eventually called the front desk to learn a) primary care services have been discontinued, b) my provider no longer works there, and c) the person I’m talking to on the reception line is the only NP working there and apparently also doing reception?! I had my daughter May 6th 2022 , nd I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the 2 midwives on staff they were so caring , nurturing , loving , compassionate . JC (midwife) she was amazing she did all she could to save my daughters life nd I thank her my birthing experience was amazing . We came from Fayetteville just to have our baby here , nd it sucks that I was one of the last woman to have a baby their bc it was such a great experience for me nd my family .
