I was trying to establish care with one of their doctors. I was told they could not schedule a new patient annual appointment because “we don’t have their schedule for 2026” but when I looked online, I saw availability. So I called back. Delivered here after receiving prenatal care at the Germantown Pike/KOP offices. Jen was a compassionate and honest Nurse Midwife. Some issues with the office when establishing care. Rude receptionists and long wait times if you need to call their office. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes before someone answers. If you can look past this, Jen is worth seeing for care. They use a "hospitalist" style midwifery system for deliveries. Not what I wanted but all ended up going ok. I met the delivering midwife the day of my birth.... read more

I went to this office during my first pregnancy about 6 years ago. They were called women’s associates for healthcare and although the doctors were great, the front desk staff was hostile and a disaster. I would be waiting on the phone for up to an hour EVERY TIME I CALLED. There had been apts where I was on time but waited for multiple hours to be seen, at one apt it was apparent the front desk never checked me in so the dr was not aware I had arrived. This is fantastic practice except this one old lady that mostly sits on the mid section of the front task. This facility will have far more positive reviews if it wasn’t for her tell you the truth. She seems entitled to something and her demeanor sets back this wonderful practice. I see many reviews regarding front desk and it looks like it all starts from her creating toxic work environment. She will talks behind on the patient’s back if that patient does not fit her profile or does not follow certain standard that she sets... read more
