I have never written a review before… I made this account just to write a review. That’s how bad my experience was. I’m sure this office is nice depending on the doctor but the CNM I saw was HORRIBLE. Kimberly Drakes is the worst provider I have ever seen. I am 10 weeks postpartum and I went to the after hours care office, normally I go to Manchester OBGYN. I came in because I was having random spotting/bleeding for a couple weeks. Timely, efficient and informative care was provided. Staff was very professional and attentive throughout my visit.
They were quick to get me in and very professional, really nice group of ladies the night I went!! Thank you!!

I was sent here to see Kimberly Drakes and she failed to properly examine me. If you’re pregnant, I would avoid seeing her altogether.
