I always have a pleasant experience, all staff is friendly and inviting. From making appointments and checking in with Jennifer to the exams and the wonderful care I receive from Krista, its wonderful from beginning to end! She truly takes the time to make sure all my needs are met and all my questions are answered. I'll deliver my next baby at the birth center without a doubt, I was completely blown away at the difference of the level of care received here over a hospital birth.

I had an iud put in, worst experience ever. I was lied to about what to expect, and then later told that I should have been given medicine to take before hand and wasn't. When I was crying in pain I was told, "child birth hurts more." Fast forward I started have extreme cramps. I called them, told them what has happening and made an appointment for two weeks away.
