I find it hard to believe this clinic charges 1,000 dollars for a visit without insurance but every obgyn clinic I called in less then a 3 mile radius next to this place charges less billing department is a scam
Dr. Craner is wonderful and I would highly recommend her! Very sweet and excellent bedside manner!
Their office is incredibly difficult to get ahold of. Although I REALLY loved my physician and the care I received, the billing office is completely unresponsive. I received a bill that didn’t seem correct and reached out over a month ago. I have called, left voicemails, and left messages on the portal for weeks. I am incredibly disappointed because I would like to stay with the care team here, but if I cannot reach anyone over a bill, I don’t know how I can continue with this clinic.
The whole staff was great, very sweet and professional! I loved Dr. Craner she made me feel so comfortable at my very first appointment! Definitely recommend!!
