The best care in South Florida! I can’t recommend this practice enough. Dr. Maslyak is one of a kind. Thank you to her and her team for the amazing care throughout my pregnancy.
Awful experience- made it very clear I was booking the appointment for a Kyleena IUD and NOT the mirena …. did my due diligence & confirmed with the rep many times I was not interested in Mirena and they confirmed to me it would not be a problem to insert the Kyleena. Fast forward to my appointment and they just casually tell me all they offer is Mirena, which is totally fine but why offer false information and waste both of our times when I took the time to confirm what was offered. Waiting time is insane here.. had to wait more than 3 hours after appointment time. They have no respect for time for other people. Absolutely no for people in pain and need immediate appointment… better look somewhere else where people’s time are respected. Very very disappointed by this place. Wish I could give zero stars… avoid this place.
I gave it a 3 star because the office staff is rude and not welcoming at all, especially the one of young Russian women and the black woman. UPDATE: **8 years later and they are still the same.** Times I have come to the desk to sign in and no one said hello. Literally will ignore you. Dr. Gray is amazing and her medical assistant Meesha too! I had the pleasure to meet the other doctor as well. Super friendly!
