Had my 1st appt at this practice, supposed to be with Dr. Gray. My appointment was at 12:30 pm- the place was packed and smelled bad, & I overheard chatter about the Dr not being available due to being in surgery. When I asked what the wait time was, they refused to give me an answer & kept telling me to sit down. Many people that came in after me were seen before me for some reason. I came in today to have lab work done as part of my annual exam. When I checked in, the front desk employee with short hair informed me there was a $25 service fee for the labs. I explained that the labs were part of my annual exam and asked whether there was still a fee. She stated that it was a service fee. I said, “Okay,” and handed her my card to pay. 5 stars isn't enough. Dr. Svetlana Maslyak and her team are exceptional. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, and Dr. Maslyak made me feel heard, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The entire experience was outstanding. Can they adopt me? Highly recommend.
The best care in South Florida! I can’t recommend this practice enough. Dr. Maslyak is one of a kind. Thank you to her and her team for the amazing care throughout my pregnancy.
