Waiting time is insane here.. had to wait more than 3 hours after appointment time. They have no respect for time for other people. Absolutely no for people in pain and need immediate appointment… better look somewhere else where people’s time are respected. Very very disappointed by this place. Wish I could give zero stars… avoid this place.
I gave it a 3 star because the office staff is rude and not welcoming at all, especially the one of young Russian women and the black woman. UPDATE: **8 years later and they are still the same.** Times I have come to the desk to sign in and no one said hello. Literally will ignore you. Dr. Gray is amazing and her medical assistant Meesha too! I had the pleasure to meet the other doctor as well. Super friendly! Called to see if they were taking new patients in February. They said yes, but cannot see me until May, right off the bat that’s no good.
took 3 months to get an appointment then they canceled on me never got back to me on the new appointment until the week of via email then took 2 hours to wait in the waiting room for my appointment that was scheduled
