I don't think I will be using this hospital, they don't believe in episiotomy and I witnessed first hand they will let a lot of damage occur that women should never !
I'm all for patient and family satisfaction when it comes to hospital care of loved ones. My experience yesterday was horrible. There is an employee named: Lu Dill who is the Labor & Delivery receptionist who is just plain rude and disrespectful. I work for a hospital myself and we have no one to my knowledge who has her work ethic. She doesn't know how to greet families or have any sympathy for anyone who came in contact with her. Great Doctors and excellent treatment. I just think we probably could've left a bit sooner. There wasn't much of an explanation of why we were in recovery so long. It may have been needed but felt like we were just left there.
