Every staff member I interacted with was great, and the facility is beautiful! Procedures were explained as they were being performed, and I went straight from ultrasound to mammogram. Well-run and efficient.
I have a lot of anxiety surrounding gynecology and I've had terrible experiences with other gyno offices. Baumcratz is the person I saw ...She was kind, explained things step by step, didn't rush me or make me feel uncomfortable. She made it very clear that if I didn't want to have something done that I didn't need to do it. I cannot stress enough how much that means to someone who has past traumas and no gyno/doctor I have ever seen has treated me in this way before.
Hands down the best obgyn!
