I came in for a concern and was immediately misdiagnosed and told I had herpes without Dr Bazzi taking the time to truly listen to me and my symptoms. While I was still exposed during the exam, she loudly called for an HSV test and brought additional staff into the room. I was going to be a first time patient at this place, my appointment was for march. I asked if they could contact me if there was any cancellations availability. Then I received this text. They advertise that they close at 5pm so why am a getting a text for an appointment at 10pm for my first visit I will not being going here that is creepy and with all the social media stuff right now, there is no way in hell will I go to an obgyn at 10pm. Just gross!
I am beyond happy that I made the switch to Women’s Healthcare and Beyond. Dr. Bazzi was absolutely wonderful—warm, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and she made me feel completely comfortable. I have never felt so comfortable before in a gynecologist office, Dr. Bazzi is the sweetest and was so smooth with everything, I couldn't even believe it. Absolutely the best Dr. I have ever been to and will continue coming to!
I called this place with a referral and a growing cyst the size of a golf ball. All they did was turn me away over state insurance and never offered a cash option. Just turned someone away in a health crisis. What a horrible human. Don't go to unempathetic unprofessional people. Go somewhere with a shred of compassion.
