Would give it 0 stars if I could. Worst office I’ve been too, I went for bleeding and they said it’s okay no need to come in just rest for 7 days so I listened, 7 days passed and was bleeding even more and color was getting darker so I drove to the office which wasn’t crowded at all! And they denied me care and wouldn’t even listen to my baby’s heartbeat to assure me it’s okay. Instead they sent me to ER took 7 hrs there. I tried to make an appointment for some serious concerns that I’ve been having and have Tricare reserve select insurance. I was told that I need a referral in order to schedule which is incorrect because Tricare Prime is the only one that needs a referral (for active duty members only). Tricare Reserve Select does NOT need referral as it is for soldiers and their families who are not on active duty orders and are able to have healthcare anywhere just like normal insurance. They made funny excuses not to accept a new patient.
I just called this office to schedule an appointment because I'm having some very severe bleeding with pain, I've been like this for over a month now and I'm scared. First waited 10 minutes for them to pick up. Then was put on hold for another 6 minutes. I told the lady what was going on and that I really needed to be seen. She didn't seem concerned or even cared at how scared I am. She asked what insurance I had and I explained the first visit I would pay out of pocket (no problem on that!)
