Very busy practice This medical office is extremely busy, yet the quality of care is at or above standard. The standard office visit is taken care of in a relatively short period of time. One complaint would be the length of time it can take to speak to an actual person on the phone, I have waited up to 15 minutes to make contact before.
I am a person not just an account! I have been with this particular group for 24 years and have watched them grow. I do not know if it is because they are to big now, but actually speaking with your Dr. is impossible. After having major surgery, I was made to feel like I was more of an account than a person! If I had it all to do over again, I would chose a smaller practice!
