Hadn’t been to a gynecologist or follow through with a doctor in 10 years but had some concerns and so far those are validated. I’ve had some issues with the place in pooler I was referred to for the mammogram but outside of this particular office has been pleasant on my 2 visits. Mr. Johnston was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable.
I called sometime ago and scheduled an appointment. I was fairly certain it was for October 11th..but never received a text or email confirmation or reminder and had no idea of the time. I tried calling repeatedly on the 10th and 11th and continuosly recieved a "Our office is Closed" and when connected to voicemail..the phone would just disconnect. I also sent a message in the morning of the 11th through the facebook page as that was my last resort. I used the link on their website..but it connects to the Privia Health Page.... read more
PLEASE bring back online scheduling. Edit: If you wish you could, then please do. It’s frustrating to have to call and deal with a receptionist when patients used to be able to see all available days/times online before scheduling an appointment. Unsure why this feature was ever taken away when patients (and apparently you all) liked it.

I was pretty apprehensive about going to another Gynecologist after so many bad doctor experiences. Well, I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Johnston. He's very caring & knowledgeable about hormone replacement therapy & Perimenopause. From the first visit, he did a full blood test & others. Second visit, he answered all my questions AND I had many options at my disposal, even what insurance covered & what not. Now it is a long wait to see him in the waiting room & back room.
