Love this place! Amazing doctors, nurses and staff.
My medical experience here was okay*, but the billing and customer service has been absolutely horrendous. I transferred here at 28 weeks pregnant because basically all of the Allina Doctors delivering at United left and I wanted a high level NICU. In that amount of time, I had 3 different visits that were billed incorrectly. I really cannot say enough good things about my care at Women's Health Consultants during my pregnancy. I primarily saw Dr. Olson and her approach fit perfectly with what I was looking for in an OB. She was very supportive of my desire to try for a VBAC and clearly communicated the risks and benefits of that path for me. She always backed up her recommendations with solid data and acknowledged any concerns I had throughout my pregnancy.
