Excellent start to finish. Warm and friendly reception area, kind and helpful nurses, incredible doctors. Every person we’ve met has been fantastic. Very kind, thorough, and reassuring. Highly recommend!

My medical experience here was okay*, but the billing and customer service has been absolutely horrendous. I transferred here at 28 weeks pregnant because basically all of the Allina Doctors delivering at United left and I wanted a high level NICU. In that amount of time, I had 3 different visits that were billed incorrectly. I really cannot say enough good things about my care at Women's Health Consultants during my pregnancy. I primarily saw Dr. Olson and her approach fit perfectly with what I was looking for in an OB. She was very supportive of my desire to try for a VBAC and clearly communicated the risks and benefits of that path for me. She always backed up her recommendations with solid data and acknowledged any concerns I had throughout my pregnancy. GREAT experience. This doctors office was super welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Both reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and welcoming. The nurse who took me to the back was also very kind, thorough, and thoughtful. I didn’t feel rushed by anyone, I felt totally heard about my health concerns. I saw Dr Opoku, who was also very friendly and attentive.
