Bad experience all around. I had a missed MC and experienced little to no empathy whatsoever apart from the Dr herself, whom I have no real complaints about. Front reception is really poor. 4 girls sitting there with a huge line: 1 is looking at printable rotisserie chickens, 1 is scrolling TikTok, 1 is chatting to the other one looking at chickens, and only 1 is checking people in despite the line. I never ever write negative reviews but DO NOT SEEK HEALTHCARE HERE. This clinic owes me thousands of dollars after I paid a deposit to them for services. It has been well over 4 months of calling requesting my money back. I keep getting passed around from individual to individual that doesn’t care about performing their job responsibilities. This clinic has become an absolute disaster. The only reason I’ve stayed is for Dr. Lombard and her nurse, Amber, both of whom I love dearly. But the worst part is I haven’t even had the chance to see them in person yet, and I’m 17 weeks along. Dr. Lombard books out very far in advance, so I’ve had to see a couple of other providers. My first appointment was with Dr. Kays. She was 1.5 hours behind schedule. She was nice enough.
