The worst place I have ever been. NO ONE is friendly. They care more about billing than the health of their patients! Will NEVER be back!
Had my first appointment here today and all of the staff was so kind and welcoming. Dr.Georgia definitely made me feel safe and welcomed!
Mid Stars becasue my DR is amazing. I will miss her. But when I takled about having heavy bleading at a yearly visit and get charged 200 dollars more than my free well woman visit. I am out. I had been seeing my primary for paps for a long time with no additional charges when we talked about period related issues like heavy menstration. (Aka having heavy periods WHICH is about woman stuff). AND I have done it at this office before with no additional charge. But I will not feel safe talking about anything with my GYN anymore ... read more

I had a horrible experience with the billing department and Dr. Taylor. I had my first appt to confirm pregnancy February 2024. They billed out the wrong code which resulted in them trying to charge me for something that should’ve been covered. It took 18 months of me and my insurance company calling to get them to change it to the corrected code. They tried to bill for something that wasn’t even done.
