I had a horrible experience with the billing department and Dr. Taylor. I had my first appt to confirm pregnancy February 2024. They billed out the wrong code which resulted in them trying to charge me for something that should’ve been covered. It took 18 months of me and my insurance company calling to get them to change it to the corrected code. They tried to bill for something that wasn’t even done. Both times I called, the person that answered the phone was extremely short and rude. When I set up my appointment the lady acted annoyed. My email address was put in the system wrong which caused issues with getting into the portal. When I called a few months later to cancel an upcoming appointment for October, the receptionist was extremely rude again.
