The Women's Center is a wonderful resource for Greater Lansing. They help meet the employment AND mental health needs of so many women in our community. They also offer related workshops and services such as the first time home buying workshop I attended. I have and will continue to recommend the center to others.
I am not sure why Melina thinks the job of the Women;s center is to spam people.
because they deny care to women who have Children. i have been in a mental health crisis for two weeks. and was DENIED therapy by CASEY because i have no one to watch my son. So thank you for making my mental health crisis worse!!! screw you womens center!!! all you've done is make me worse!!!! claudia did edmr with me years ago and my PTSD came back because of it!!! your therapists are failing their clients. dont let me get started about ruth!!! all she talked about was HER trauma and she retraumatized me!!! was never able ... read more

The Women's Center is truly a gem of Lansing. They provide very needed services for women and their families. It is truly an honor to serve on the board and be part of this amazing organization.
This is a follow up - In April, when I was job hunting, the Women's Center referred me to Peckham. Today is the final day of a 13 week program in which I received a certification. I appreciate the referral and the chance to work - Rebecca Morgan
