Received an email from this clinic that asked to me to confirm a consult I had scheduled with Gossett Dental. I figured maybe they're owned by the same people or they're a larger clinic with multiple providers/specialties, so I called the phone number listed in the email. I waited over 5 minutes before someone actually answered the phone. I have been going here for over 20 years and recently I went from being treated like a patient to nothing. Very sad that the amazing doctors that used to be here have left and now it is changing.
7.30.25 - Your response is a joke and just shows you value quantity over quality - your "robust system" clearly didn't work and shouldn't replace basic human interaction when your patient specifically requests it (my portal message specifically requested to CALL ME before rescheduling). I get doctors are busy, but scheduling can at least call me with the options of when they ARE open instead of just assuming a date works. Called to make an appointment, if you are NOT pregnant the next available appointment is until August 2025 as per appointment scheduler lady. Even if you had a miscarriage and want to be seen sooner. If your pregnancy test is NOT positive you’ll have to wait no matter the situation.. pretty sad.
Today was my first appointment at Women Partners and all I have to say is this was the BEST experience I've ever had at a ob/gyn. Everyone I talked to was super nice, helpful, and made me feel super comfortable. I met with Dr. Hall and she was amazing! She listened, asked great questions, and made sure I understood why she was offering different recommendations.
