I can’t say enough good things about my experience having a robotic hysterectomy with Dr. Akhter from Women Ob-Gyn Associates. Earlier this year, Dr. discovered a lemon-size fibroid tumor in my uterus and that I needed to have a hysterectomy. Since I was years out of menopause I was fine with the decision. Very happy with my care and delivery from Dr. Akhter- she is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I also enjoy the fact that she has a sense of humor- but make no mistake she is very serious about what she does. A true professional- she handled my c-section amazingly and we really trusted in her. I cannot thank enough to Dr. Naheed Akhter. She has always guided me right in every step. Her diagnosis are so correct. I am fortunate enough to have her as my gynae.
