They always have given me 110% and especially thinking about having another baby under their watch! Wouldn't ever second guess it!
The receptionist is very unprofessional. I called up there three times to get an appointment. They told me somebody would call me back to schedule the appointment but I never got a call and every time I called them to see why I didn’t get a call back they would tell me they don’t have the right number in the system. Which is probably because they was too busy playing and talking to hear the information I was giving them and then had the nerve to hang up on me. The bad reviews were scaring me. I honestly am having a great experience with BJC. My primary doctor is here and my OBGYN. I feel all my questions get answered thoroughly at each appointment. I have to see the high risk team and they always make me feel heard. I am really comfortable with this hospital. I’ve visited the section I’ll be giving birth. Set up an appointment. Took a day off of work for this appt, arranged childcare and rides to and from. Before my appt, the office called and told me they scheduled me with the wrong provider and they had to cancel. It was not my error. The receptionist tried so hard to get me rescheduled but I could not take a full day off work, arrange rides and childcare on that last minute change. I did get another appt but after 1 hour in the exam room, i had to leave to make my ride home. All that hassle, and I couldnt even get help oth... read more
