Waited a month just to get a call back from them about scheduling a surgery consultation. They finally got me an appointment SIX MONTHS LATER that they say I'm required to be in-person for. I confirmed the appointment 2 days prior via phone. I show up 20 minutes early on the day of my appointment to find out that Dr. Brow called out sick without bothering to arrange a backup for me so my appointment was rescheduled. The physicians here are clinically competent, but the care model is fundamentally broken and for something as important as pregnancy, that matters enormously. My wife never saw the same doctor twice. Every visit was with someone new who had no real familiarity with her history, her preexisting conditions, or how she'd been feeling. The result?
