I have been coming to see Dr. Thornton for over a decade now. I just love her and her nurse/staff. They are always kind, friendly and Dr. Thornton remembers me and things about my life and that is comforting. I have never had any major issues with this clinic. I do wish they offered a payment plan/arrangement for their long-standing patients who have always paid their bills. I hate the fact that I call to see if I can make a payment and they just are rude and I asked if I can pay the remaining amount and set up a appointment since I just found out I am pregnant they tell me no not ever if I pay the whole amount i been out of work due to a injury but they just assume I don’t want to pay it
Lisa has always been a such a warm, welcoming and friendly face. She has made my girls feel so comfortable and her kindness is appreciated.
Will never be back here again. They threw out a pee sample of mine so I had to come back and do another one. Dr.Taylor will slut shame you and she made assumptions about, and I quote, "the men I'm choosing", as if I had asked to be raped. She also told me I had herpes before I was given a test. Surprise surprise the test came back negative. I went through extreme emotional and mental distress because of her assumptions, which made it extremely difficult to function in my day to day.
