Update: I have since undergone and recovered from minimally invasive surgery here, and a Nexplanon replacement which have both gone absolutely perfectly. Quick scheduling and exceptionally kind staff. I feel lucky to have this place in my city! 10/10. My first visit here exceeded my expectations by far. I am extremely disappointed with the “care” I received from Taylor Taylor. She doesn’t listen to her patients when they know something is wrong. I asked to be tested for something that aligned with my symptoms in 2023 and she dismissed me and I felt like I was being called crazy. She gave me a BS diagnosis with zero explanation and tried to put me on a medication before ruling everything out. I have been a patient in this practice for 24 years. Dr. S retired and I eventually fell to Taylor Taylor's (T2) schedule. She is INCREDIBLE. Her bedside manner is empathetic and kind. She rivals Dr. S in all aspects and keeps her spirit in the practice. I am almost 50. I have a panic/anxiety disorder that I manage. I got my first IUD today. I was terrified. I wonder if I wasn’t black would I have been taken more seriously. :( Waited almost an hour just to be seen even though I had an appointment. One of the older ladies at the front desk seem very sweet. But office is unorganized. My job faxed Dr.Linsey & her team papers to be filled out. So I can take intermittent leave when needed. I’m suffering very bad from morning sickness. It’s days where I can’t even get out bed and no medicine prescribed works. I expressed these concerns to the nurse & doctor. Also, I was treated kindly as a LGBTQ+ individual :)) Very informative and caring people.
