I have been a patient here for over 25 years, and the staff is fantastic. I was surprised to read about a bad experience with the receptionist in that previous review. That was unfortunate, and not indicative of the practice. Sandra and Dr. Whibley are awesome and very caring.
I was excited to call and set up an appointment based off of the reviews but the receptionist was super rude and condescending I didn’t even wish to further pursue. Disappointed.
I love this office! Sharon is the sweetest person ever and her office staff are always very welcoming. Being able to message online to book is a huge plus and they are usually always able to get me in later the same week!
