I saw Christine Shea, she has been great, listened to all of my concerns, ordered testing, and even answers my chart messages promptly . She has squeezed me in quickly for urgent appointments. Office and Medical staff are always welcoming and sweet.
I’m honestly glad I didn’t read the reviews first before coming here. I never used to believe in preventative care until about two years ago when I began a self imposed healthcare journey. If you have an appointment at their Abington office, expect to wait at least 45-60 minutes before being brought into a room. Their office in Willow Grove tends to be a bit better in terms of being on time for their appointments. During pregnancy I had to make just a few appointments at the Abington office and always waiting nearly an hour for a 5 minute appointment. I'm honestly not surprised this place has such a low rating. I should have switched providers a long time ago but was trying to give them a chance. I always find it difficult to be comfortable around women doctors and going here confirmed my discomfort. The women doctors that I saw always left me feeling more anxious and uncomfortable than I did walking in.
