Very frustrating office, I would urge others to look elsewhere. Covid seems to be an ongoing excuse to not take their patients anymore. We are now going on a year and a half which I think is excessive. I don’t see how you can accurately assess a situation through a video call. Doctor Bourget on the first conference promised to call in my prescription refill and to no avail they forgot. Prior to the pandemic the doctor was pretty good. Currently she has completely just abandoned her office and currently she only does telehealth appointments. My pharmacy and myself have been calling for about 2 weeks to get a refill on my BC and I've left plenty voicemails only to receive no call back. The pharmacy has even attempted to fax paperwork over, no response back. Very unprofessional of the doctor to be so ignorant to the patients that she has trying to contact her via phone. I wanted to wait before writing this bad review and please let me explain why I am now writing it. I have been a client of the doctor Bourget since 2016. I never had any issue the doctor she is very professional so I absolutely want to make it clear before explaining why I put only one star. With the pandemic she doesn’t see any longer her patients (so it has been a year), she offered virtual medical exams I paid $150 for this I have been told it would include the Pap smear when she will receive the clients back to the pract... read more
