The previous review is crazy. Sounds like either an uneducated or unreasonable client. Sometimes the truth is not what people want to hear. Dan's reputation in the community and legal performance over the past 25 is beyond reproach. Do not let one person who apparently does not give all the facts in his review have a negative impact on this attroney's ability.
Following an automobile accident we required an attorney. After a long drawn out struggle to settle with the insurance company (our own insurance company) my father aggreed to mediation. We feel strongly that T. Dan Womble was so careless and disinterested in helping my father settle for a fair settlement.
