After looking at these comments I am in disbelief!!!! Renting from Womble rental has being a nightmare , you deal with disrespectful management like “Kathy “ and Fred Cummins these people should not be in business. They don’t know how to talk or treat people. They will not fix anything in your home, instead they increase your rent drastically each year I would not recommend my dog to live in their units!!! VERY NICE! I have the greatest respect for Shonagh and all the folks managing University Manor. Great deals and I am sad I had to leave. I would recommend future students, graduate or undergraduate, as well as single people working remotely or in Harnett County (and people with flexible hours and lifestyle) to live at University Manor on Mae Byrd Road if at all possible.
I have rented from many management companies and Womble is by far the best. The staff is friendly and they truly do care about their tenants. When there is a maintenance issue, they are quick to respond. The maintenance man is so friendly and does excellent work. I highly recommend renting from them. They will welcome you home with a friendly hello.
