Staff was professional, Carleigh was kind and got us precious images of our little one.
Paid for what was supposed to be 30 minutes and ended up being no more than 10. Was rushed and not satisfied with the pics. Not sure if it’s under a new person but back then they were so good and welcoming. The past two times were rushed and unsatisfactory. My last baby too :( Oh well.
They were so kind and welcoming. Unfortunately we couldn't tell the gender the first time but thankfully they had us come back the next week to try again. They printed out pictures. Great experience and love that you can bring family with you.
We just went today and had a great time! The receptionist and technician where very kind and patient with our 10 month old that was very talkative and occasionally fussy. Their bedside manner was 10/10, trying very hard to make you feel as comfortable as possible. We went to peek a baby with my firstborn and I prefer womb with a view by far. Compared to the other, that was cold and awkward - this shop was warm, inviting and comfortable. It had lots of comfy seating inside the viewing room and Clear viewing tvs on each wall. ... read more
