Went here at 27 weeks, paid out of pocket 150 dollars for the 3D/4D/5D ultrasound for 30 minutes. Once we got there we had to wait around 30 mins to be seen, we drove far for this so we were fine waiting. Once we got in though the tech rushed our appointment, it lasted about ten minutes, not 30. My baby cooperated for maybe two pictures before she moved where you couldn’t see her face well. I had a really great experience. I was hesitant based on previous reviews, but they were so awesome with me and helped me with a couple of reassuring ultrasounds that I needed. I will be going back for more ultrasounds throughout the remainder of my pregnancy The only thing I didn’t like was the music they attached to the ultrasound video. It was like clown / circus music
I went here despite all of the negative reviews. & I’m so happy I did! I was brought in quickly After arrival, the appointment itself lasted 30 to 45 minutes. They captured exactly what I was there for. And the woman doing the sonogram was super nice. They sent me my video link the following morning Via text. And I was able to get the file onto my computer and download onto a flash drive. The whole process was really smooth and everyone was really kind. The entire experience was horrible, we drove 3 hrs round trip and as soon as we got there the lady working the front desk was completely rude. As we went into the ultrasound room the first “tech” completely messed all the settings on the machine up stating that the baby “wasn’t cooperating” and that “we should go eat and take a walk”, we had came back and the same “tech” tried to get photos before calling in another the manager which is also a “tech”, when she began she had stated that the baby wasnt cooperating and that the... read more
