The unprofessionalism of the front office when I speak with them on the phone tells me everything I need to know about this place. Simply scheduling an appointment feels like an impossible task when no one in the front office wants to help. I am a very patient and understanding person, this appointment is so important for me to make and every time I get on the phone with someone they are looking for any way to get off of the phone without having to do their job. It is so frustrating and has brought me to the point of tears.
