Don’t go there. They told her she had two suspicious lumps in her breast after her mammogram. The dr never called my wife and my wife tried to call many times. Only the mammogram place called her back. It would nice to hear from your Dr what is going on!!!

I see dr. Montanez here on the OB side. They always have me in and out quickly and the front desk lady is so sweet. The only thing I do wish would improve is call back time or trying to get in contact with them on the phone can take a while as they almost never answer the phone. But according to these other reviews, which are shocking to me, there have been positive changes made in the staff! I have had much worse experiences at the downtown location and prefer this one for my appointments.

All these reviews have really helped me in my search for a woman's clinic that I was in need of. I will not be going to this clinic, I will make sure my daughter also knows about this clinic. It sounds like, administration is not paying attention to the workers in the front on work ethics. Very unprofessional. Thank you for your reviews, they really helped.
