Nasty customer service lady. I was new patient and eventually didnt schedule my appointment because of this lady on the phone. I wish to give zero stars
Google lists your operating hours as 8:00am–5:00pm. I’ve been here since then, and it’s now 9:00am with no one here. This is extremely frustrating, especially after planning my morning around your posted hours.
I’d give Dr. Vega 100 stars if I could. Her bed side manner is through the roof. I had to have my Nexplanon removed today and I tend to be a nervous nelly to say the least. I’d say within minutes of Dr. Vega, entering the room she calmed me down. She is extremely good at listening, and then explaining exactly what was going on with my BC experiences. She is hands down my favorite gynecologist that I’ve met. I will be returning and continuing me care with this practice :) I highly recommend!
Llegamos a la 1:30 pm y esta cerrada la puerta cuando dicen que cierra a las 5pm y no contestan el teléfono, falta más profesionalismo al publicar sus horarios o su atención.
Called for weeks, no answer. Decided to drive up and make my appointment. Got here at 3:30 pm and the office is closed. According to their office hours, they are supposed to be open until 5 pm. Very unprofessional.
