Dated office. Dirty. Old equipment. Thought I was in a third world country. Rude staff. Unprofessional. Bill for services not requested or needed. 2 appts. $8,000 in billing to insurance. Do not recommend this office at all. You will never see the Doctor either.
Trust the rating on this clinic. Some personnel can become rude and the waiting to be seen is horrible. Two and half hour wait, so far. This will be our last visit. Don’t waste your time coming here, not worth it.
Why am i being charged $473 on a bill from labs done HERE? The doctor specifically peer pressured me to get them done at NO COST she said it was not going to be any cost. I do have blue cross shield insurance and I don’t understand why i’m getting a bill of $473 from the labs done right here at this clinic. I tried speaking over the phone and the women were no help just kept trying to argue but i will have to go in person now and get this settled. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor’s office. Dr. Daley has rescheduled my appointment four different times, each with a new excuse. To make things worse, they claimed they called and left a message for the third reschedule—but I never received any call or voicemail at all.
