If I could I would give it a negative 3. Horrible service, the office is dirty, & you will rarely ever see the Dr. & if you plan on switching Dr's, be prepared to never receive your medical records transferred over. I've been waiting since February.
Have been coming to this clinic for almost 10 years, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Dr Daley does not have great people skills, prefer her NP Miss Jessie 10x over her. I’m on my second pregnancy with Dr Daley, and after my first I had told my self I wouldn’t come back, but found out late in pregnancy and couldn’t switch anymore. First of all, currently 35 weeks and have not seen the actual Doctor, no offense to NP, but as a patient, you should at least meet the Dr and get to know them if they’re the ones going to be doing the deliv... read more
Very friendly staff, and fast service!
The receptionists/ front desk staff often seem very stressed due to how busy the office is daily. As much as I understand, it is no reason to be rude or to be given attitude as I have often experienced. I’ve also been put on hold for 30 min and had to call again to be put on hold again for 20. The office is pretty old needing some updates with equipment and computer systems. Overall I’ve had positive experiences seeing NP Jessy and with the nurses but I have to give this low a rating because of the other staff.
