I have been with Womack since 2005. They do not provide good exterminating services. I have termites, and I had to treat my property for termites in 2021. I have paid them every year, but they must be spraying property with water. Womack sent a technician to my house on October 1, 2021 to spray without my permission. I have a No Trespassing sign in my yard, but they disregarding the warning. DO NOT Use WOMACk!

I have had Womack Exterminators since Nov. 2004 and everything was fine until I had a problem. We spotted termite damage in our house and called them in Oct. of 2013 and as of this date Jan. 22, 2014 our floor hasn't been fixed and no inspection for further damage. I have called and called but never get to speak to Marty, I only get excuses from his secretary. This is a sorry way to treat a customer. 3 months on a call for service. Pitiful. I had a contract with Womack Exterminators for over 10 years. I found that over 80% of my house was damaged by termites after they supposedly treated it every year. When it came time for treatment and repairs, I was told only the owner, Marty Austin, could approve repairs. I tried to contact Mr. Austin for two months and he refused to respond to my calls, texts, and emails. I found that they did not follow the legal guidlines for using the chemicals. I have lost $4000.00 through Womack! NEVER use this company!
