Went in to purchase my first bike and the team at Wolverton’s was so kind, helpful, and encouraging. Loved the whole experience and also really appreciated that they were taking the COVID-19 precautions seriously. All wore masks and hand sanitizer was provided on entry. It’s nice to see a business not make a big ordeal or political statement and just try to do what is right and keep people safe. This shop has the best customer service that is truly second to none. They really go above and beyond to service their customers. Excellent communication, fair prices and when something isn’t in the store stock it doesn’t take long to get it. Jim actually contacted me to tell me the governor declared a stay at home order so Jim offered to drop my order off on my porch since I couldn’t make it in. For a highly rated place, this was not a good experience. My friend took his bike over to get the front derailleur adjusted and rear brakes adjusted. It took them 6 days until they called and said the bike was ready. We picked it up and went for a test ride, nothing was fixed that we asked for. The chain was still scraping along the derailluer cage, and the rear brakes were constantly pressed on the rear rim. So $23 and 6 days for them to look at it yet nothing got fixed. Needed a very specific roof rack for my car and I needed it fast. Wolverton’s had it in stock and gave it to me at a great price! Beat out Amazon and other online retailers by $70! I was able to pick it up that day so they saved me shipping costs as well! Many thanks for saving the day AND for saving me a bunch of cash!
