My elderly mother received a cold-call from an employee soliciting business. She had purchased a water treatment system with them in the past. He came out and told her that her water was very hard (rust) with a lot of sediment and needed an extra rust filter. He quoted her $4,500. He was coming out he next morning to install. Notice to all not to fall for their scam. I purchased a Ozone water treatment tank in 2015. Salesman stated that it was the state of art technique that will remove rust from my water through ozone and system should last as your softener does. Paid $3300 and 7 years later they now say that its dead and I should get it replaced. I stated that the salesman said it would last forever and his response was that they didnt know at the time that it only had a 5-7 year lifespan. Great company and staff! Ive always been a DIY guy and I needed products to re-bed my softener and iron filter. Wolverine went above and beyond the norm to set me up along with detailed instructions. All went well until I caused an issue and needed some guidance. They stepped up (*****) again and got me back in shape. If you have water problems your first call should be to Wolverine!
We were told that they could do the job for a price and when they got here we were informed that they couldn't do the complete job but would be charged the same price so we sent them packing. !
I have tried resolving this problem by calling their 800# and sending an email of complaint, but as a last resort Googled the owner's name and find myself at the BBB site. Our system was installed in January of 2020 with the promise of salt delivery..to be taken to our basement and put into the tank..and all equipment was to be checked. We had one repeat visit after installation when we asked for help in resetting the clock, but have had no contact since then. We reached out to the customer and tried to make arrangements for setting them up on a salt delivery. Unfortunately the customer stated she is selling the home and unless we would be able to make the same commitment to whomever buys their home she is going to refuse the service. We are more than happy to continue servicing the system as per their agreement.
I've had a wolverine system for my business since 2017. My line of work requires my water to meet a specific standard and the system has never disappointed.
no stars for them, liars. my water is worse than it was before. they send out these young kids to fix it and all they do is pretend to take something apart and say they fix it. i paid a fortune for this so called investment on my property and all i got is orange colored slime on anything that holds water for a week, lime scale on everything. don't fall for their oh you can have a free test in your county crap. they are rip off artists and damn good at it. very convincing and i curse myself daily for falling for it. don't fal... read more
I had a knock at the door.(afternoon) I wasn't expecting anyone and didn't recognize the car so I didn't answer the door. He doesn't leave a business card. They came by my house claiming to have been there last year and wanting to do a water test, saying it was because of the construction across the street. My wife scheduled them for the next day, but after talking to me and thinking things sounded off (they said they needed to test water that had been through the softener) I called and cancelled the appointment.
