James Masterpole works for Wolverine Property Management as a property manager. His professionalism lacks. He let my tenant break the lease without documentation and when I requested it he told me I was out of line. He also did not keep deposit money for yard damages. My yard is in terrible condition still. He also did not start aligning/searching for new renters and quit on our contract. If you are considering using this company for their management services watch out for Jim, I would never recommend him to anyone.
